Shipping
Product shipments will be carried out via BRT and SDA couriers, and a tracking number will be sent to monitor the shipment at the time of order fulfillment.
Couriers deliver from Monday to Friday, morning and afternoon during business hours.
The customer cannot request delivery on specific days or times. In case of absence, the courier will leave a delivery notice via a card left at the address.
Delivery will be attempted 2 times.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (incorrect address and/or phone number, repeated absence of the recipient, etc.), an amount covering shipping, storage, and return costs to XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna will be withheld, while the price of the goods will be refunded.
XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna is not responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service provided by the couriers.
In the case of deliveries made to a reception desk (with a signature for collection by the receptionist), XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna is not responsible for the failure to deliver the package to the final customer.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the delivery note;
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet, or otherwise altered.
Any damage to the packaging and/or the product, or a discrepancy in the number of packages, must be immediately reported by adding a specific remark on the delivery document to be returned to the courier.
Any problems regarding the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the products received must be reported within 8 days of delivery, according to the procedures set out in this document.
Shipping costs amount to € 5.
Deliveries
Product delivery takes place within 24/72 hours from the order shipment date.
Any delays in delivery may be caused by temporary unavailability of products, delivery service malfunctions, force majeure, or during holidays.
If the goods have not been received after 5 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday), please contact customer service at the email address: info@xebluabbigliamento.com.
Delivery times indicated by XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna are to be considered purely indicative; a delay relative to them, or any delivery made through subsequent split shipments, does not entitle the customer to refuse the delivery itself or to request compensation or indemnity.
