Right of Withdrawal

1. Terms and Procedures

In accordance with Art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the User has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased goods.

To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication to the email address: info@xebluabbigliamento.com. You will then receive an email with the return authorization and instructions on the procedure to follow.

2. Integrity Conditions for Returns (Art. 57 Consumer Code)

A fundamental condition for exercising the right of withdrawal is the substantial integrity of the product. The goods must be returned in their original optimal state, meaning they should only have been handled to establish their nature, characteristics, and size.

• Clothing items: They must not have been used, worn, washed, damaged, or altered. They must not show signs of wear, dirt, or odors (e.g., perfume or smoke). They must be complete with all original seals and tags, which must not have been removed.
• Accessories: All original accessories delivered with the item (e.g., garment covers, hangers, pins, etc.) must be returned.
• Footwear: The sole and the upper must not show any creases, stains, or signs of use. The original box is an integral part of the product and must be returned intact (without holes, tears, or writing). In the event of a return, the product box cannot be used as the only external packaging but must be placed inside an additional protective package.

3. Shipping and Responsibility

In the event of withdrawal, the customer must send the products to our warehouse located at Via Matteotti 14, 35044 Montagnana (PD), within 14 days from the date they communicated their intention to withdraw.

• Costs: Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer (except in cases of defective items or errors attributable to our warehouse).
• Responsibility: The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is issued, is under the complete responsibility of the customer. XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna is not liable in any way for damage, theft, or loss occurring during the return shipment.

4. Refunds and Diminution of Value

Once the goods have been received and the integrity of the products has been verified, we will proceed with the refund of the amount paid for the purchase.

Attention: If the User does not comply with the integrity conditions mentioned above, XE BLU Abbigliamento Donna reserves the right to refuse the return or, alternatively, to refund the purchase price minus the decrease in value of the product resulting from improper use (Art. 57, paragraph 2, Consumer Code).

Note on Exchanges: We do not perform direct exchanges. To receive a different size or color, it is necessary to return the original item for a refund and proceed with a new separate order.
